LIFE DOESN'T GET ANY SWEETER THAN THIS!

My name is Brenda Joy Rasmussen. I am the oldest of 5 children. I grew up in the small town of Parowan Utah. I have been born into a wonderful family of 3 sisters and one brother. We have been raised by good parents who have given us a life time of love. They have instilled in us a great love for the plain and simple, and most precious things in life, God and family. I now live in the small town of Enoch, Utah, not to far from where I grew up, with my husband Robert. Here in Enoch we have raised 5 beautiful children. We are the grandparents of 13 sweet grandchildren!

Honey BEE Mine! Grandma and Grandpa's First Honey Harvest!

For Christmas last year my sister Charlotte had a wonderful idea for all of us to go in together and get our dad his very own beehive. What a great idea, and boy did it ever produce! Here is my dad (right) and his neighbor Dave Cowan extracting the honey from the hive.
Why did the bee buzz? because grandpa stole his HONEY and Nectar! (necked her...get it?! BWAHAHAHA!)
Here it is...Honey flowing freely from the fountain...the golden nectar of the Gods!
3 gallons from just one hive! That's amazing!
Look at all that yummy Parowan HUNNY! (Best Honey in the world) Winnie the Pooh would be oooh so very proud! This honey will taste so delicious on Grandma Stubbs' homemade bread and rolls! Now were talkin', this is truly a slice of heaven on earth! Can't wait til September's HONEY HARVEST!
