We always look forward to a good honey harvest!
We only got one this year but it was fabulous.
It's always fun to watch that liquid gold
run into the bucket, and it's extra delicious
to snitch the honeycomb and chew on it
while we spin the honey out. We got a pretty
good harvest of delicious honey this year!
After spinning out the honey, I decided to
walk/run from Parowan to Enoch. It's a 13
mile Jaunt! My son Ian has challenged
me to a duo this month during September to run
100 miles, so I thought this would be a fun way
to kick it off! It was hard and I'm
so tired, but I did it:) it took me a about
3 hours 20 minutes. It was a beautiful evening
and it felt so good to finally see the
"Welcome to Enoch" sign, along with the beautiful
rays of sunshine pouring down upon the valley.
It's So beautiful! I'm so blessed to
live in the City of Enoch!
